Hot Water is magnificent! Their music is a blend of many different sounds and every song will hook you immediately. The melodies are very creative and Donovan Copley’s (the lead singer) voice will leave you wondering if you’re listening to Paul Simon. Donovan is awesome on the guitar as well. Every album is a must own!

A great mix of several South African musical traditions - township jazz, Afrikaner folk and marimba - as well as more exotic instruments like the didgeridoo. The sitar in 'Big Bang' and 'Blackbird' recognizes South Africa's Indian population. 'Laduma' is a wonderful musical souvenir for all who enjoyed the 2010 Football World Cup. I recommend this album to anyone who wants to feel South Africa's musical heart beat.
