Killer songs, unadorned, timeless production. Sounds as good now as the day it came out!

This is the Best Country Record ever produced! Classic Willie, whom happens to be "The Worlds Greatest Singer/Songwriter of All time. For those of you that don't know. A Singer/Songwriter is someone that can take one instrument and present a song they have written. Willie Nelson can out do anybody on this Earth in that style!

My father use to make me listen to this tape everyday after school riding around working.I hated it until one day he let me read the story on the inside of the tape case.My mind exploded ever since then(1992) this has been my go to album, tells a great story and the album is so simple its great. If I could have just one album this would be it

This version is UNremastered withOUT bonus tracks. Who really cares? I have this one It reminds me of the headline when Willie inexplicably made the cover of Parade magazine... "Hippies, rednecks, misfits... we're all the same" I've seen him in concert and only recently uncovered the glory of this album. It just flows. How could you not like it?

This is classic, and not at all as hard to listen to as the above review would lead you to believe. I still love to listen to it. But then again, I love Willie and Texas.
