A lot of people talk crap about this album and say cave in sold out. The beauty of cave in is they're ability to change and make things new and interesting. This album from start to finish is amazing. If you listen to Joy opposites and don't feel something your a robot. This album is a classic and there is no way around it. If you like failure, deftones, far, or just good rock music listen to this album!

so i guess if you like Cave-in's weirder stuff then youll already hate this cd, but if you like bands, like foo fighters and anything Ken Andrews ever released then you already have this cd. but if you dont, download the hell out of it. you wont regret it!

This is the best production I've ever heard on any album. The song writing is awesome, my band used to play shows with these guys back in the hardcore days and they were awesome then too. Buy all their stuff, they deserve WAY more attention than they get...
In my top 10 albums easy.

Meh.... If you've never heard Cave In, skip this record and listen to Jupiter or Until Your Heart Stops. Anchor is pale in comparison to previous and later releases.
