Hard Times made me come here because of Ice Cap Zone. Good song.

I'm glad that I discovered the Jetzons, they're a wonderful band with some very catchy tunes. I initially discovered their work through Sonic Stadium, when it was discovered that keyboardest Brad Buxer helped compose the soundtrack to Sonic the Hedgehog 3, with the Ice Cap Zone being an instrumental remix of the then-unreleased "Hard Times." Since then, I've listened to the rest of their songs, and I am very glad that I had done so; they are an amazing band.

I'm sure i know all of you who are buying this ep, "Made in America. I'll never forget those nights at Merlins, Mason Jar, Devilhouse, After the Gold Rush and Anderson's Fifth Estate in Arizona. Even when they opened for Elvis Costello at Mesa Ampitheatre. I still have my vinyl ep, signed by all of them. Talented guys, Keyboardist Brad Buxer went on to work with many artists like Stevie Wonder and Michael Jackson. Check out music on You Tube from Billy Clone & The Same, The Strand, The Suicide Kings and The Revenants which one of them was a part of in some way. Miss all of you, thanks for the memories!!!!!

What memories! I saw these guys when they first started playing at the Mason Jar and Merlins. These guys were so incredibly talented it is too bad they never made it big nationally. As much as I hate to admit it I guess I was a groupie. I was there almost every Friday & Sat night. When I moved back to the Valley in 1987 they had just reformed as the Strand. So does anyone know how I can get some of the music they performed when they were the Strand songs like, "Black Cadillacs", "Conversation", "Woman in Love", "Right or Wrong", "Her Love is in Vein", "How I Cried", "A Girl Like That". I am looking for the MP3 versions. If you go on You Tube you can find a video of one of their live performances in 1988 and some of the above songs but not sure how I get the MP3's. If anyone knows I am willing to pay for them if you have them.

I have NO idea how I even thought to put the Jetzons in the iTunes search engine. I am ESTATIC that this is on iTunes. I remember going to the Mason Jar with Doug Hopkins & Bill Lean the day before my 19th birthday to see the Jetzons. That was the beginning of years of the Tempe music scene. I just wish I had been old enough to see Billy Clone & the Same. Years later I saw Bruce at Doug's funeral, and felt bad that both of them had not achieved what they were looking for in the music business. I remember when A&M sent out a rep to see the Jetzons & they said they were a "dime a dozen band.". I had never been so pissed at a record label than when I heard that. I now feel officially old, I'm rounding to 50 & my youngest is now 19 & off to college. So whenever the grandkids come along in the years ahead, Grandpa will be introducing them to my earliest memories of the Tempe music scene! The circle will then be complete ; )

For the people that have the original album - Do the liner notes have lyrics? I'd be interested to see the lyrics of "I Love You".

It's nice to see them represented here on i-Tunes. I too, have the 6 song LP. My wife & I saw them many times at the "Mason-Jar" & other venues. They put on a great show. I'd like to find a couple other songs they put out as singles in the Phoenix area. "I Can't Sleep at Night" & "You Can Hear it in Your Sleep". Great stuff! Great band!
