Simple as this - this is a crappy flow for Jeezy to put with this song. He couldn't reach deep inside and pull out something more about love? He couldn't come with something more creative that complemented the song? This is a sad remix -reminds me of "Crazy in Love" by Beyonce w/ Jay-Z. Every other song that those two have done together is awesome, but that 1st one, "Crazy in Love" Jay's flow sucked too b/c it had nothing to do with what Bey was singing about. Once again, history repeats it self: Jen does the dam thing while Jeezy doesn't really bring it and is lacking. And lacking and half-stepping on your work ain't GANGSTA at all! Jen's gangsta was more in tack then his on this go-around!

In my opinion this soars past the first version, Spotlight, Pt. 1 is missing that extra break through performance although i cant say Jeezy excelled he didnt falter. Spotlight personally got old after a couple minutes, but with the into by Jeezy it changes the feel and i can honestly say adds a great sound although a little raspy. 4.5-5.

Jezzy kills this. His lyrics are understandable if you've ever listened to him rap. I think he makes the song better! But that is just my opinion. Love him hate him he is a good rapper and helps this song out.

The original was a great song, and then the Jazzy, Upbeat version she sang on Dancing with the Stars were amazing... Add a rapper to spew insignificant lyrics over a great track, really ruined the song. He sounds constipated, and like he's battling a horrible pneumonia. 1 star this version, 5 star original.

I like the original, You can hear the beautiful sounds and levels of her voice. not all that extra nonsense.
