I love, love love this album. I know nothing about music except what I love and what I don't care for and I love this one. I am 56 years old and I grew up singing these songs in church and I still can sing along with them on this album. The arrangements do not get in the way and I love the new twist on these old hymns! It is worth every penny.

This album is GREAT!! Bart has a wonderful clean crisp voice. He sings these wonderful hymns that I grew up on, but he puts a modern twist on them which is great. I have this CD in my car on my Iphone and I play it on the mac when I'm just browsing the web.
I would recommend this CD to anyone who Loves old hymns. God bless you Bart!!

When I first heard Jesus Cares for Me it blew me away - what a melody and what a message - Thad Cockrell teaming with Bart wrote a "new classic" that will be heard for years to come - the entire album is great and this song makes it a must!

It is a very difficult line to walk between traditional and fresh when you cut an album that consists primarily of familiar songs. There are a couple of tracks that I prefer the old way, but Mr. Millard's take on these classics is spot on for the most part, invoking just enough of the tradition to take you back to when you were knee high off the floor, sitting in your grandma's lap at church. The fact that he is donating proceeds from this album to a non-profit is icing. The music is solid.
