F**k Anil23. Anyone can sing/rap over a slow drum beat huh? Well, why don't you try it. Wait, you can't. Show respect to this album and group. Run DMC is awesome and so is this album.

All the songs sound the same and are nothing but 2 people talking over a slow drumbeat. Anyone can "rap" rhymes over a slow drumbeat and there is nothing interesting about this artist or album. Don't waste your money.

Hip-hop wouldn't be what it is without this classic 9 cut masterpiece. Every song is amazing and has successfully managed to age without being outdated. Sure, the beats are mostly simple drums but when you hear this, it takes you to the "old school" and the 80s, a place I would have definitely not rejected going back to. Sucker MC's better respect this! (R.I.P. Jam Master Jay)
