I think you’d have to be out of your mind to call this their best album. The more pop oriented sound is a detachment from what made them a hit in the 1990’s and is not a real welcomed change for any true DMB fan. With that being said, many of these songs are what I’d call “back of the mind cuts” meaning that they will be stuck in your head for days after listening to them. Obvious stand outs include "Space Between", “If I Had It All” , “Everyday”, “I Did It” and “When The World Ends.” I will not call this a horrible album, but it certainly is at the bottom of the list. I wouldn’t recommend buying the whole album, but there are certainly classic hits off it. The songs off this album may not sound the best on the album itself, but with DMB being outstanding live performers, these select songs really come to life, and i’d suggest checking out the Live Trax series if you want great quality versions.

I would put this Everyday in the Top 3 of DMB's albums. I'm also a fan of the Lilywhite albums- been a fan since Under the Table, but this is really one of their best. I can only hope the new album can touch this one, but from what I've heard if it- I'm not optimistic.

Beginning of the end here...I gave this record so many chances when it came out but, listening to it now reminds me of how bad it was. Commercial crap. They chose a guy that produced Alanis Morrisette to produce AND co-write the songs. Enough said. Tuned Dave out after this and haven't been back

This used to be my favorite band, but their past few albums have just gotten more and more modern, and have lost there magic that makes the DMB so great and original. If you are looking for a good band- wagon album, feel free to buy this. But if you are looking for an old-fashioned Dave album, don't waste your time or money.
