Michael Silverman has taken a song that has been done a million times and put new life into it. Not a simple feat. Listening to him play, there is so much more emotion, personalization and meaning behind each note than you find with most artists. Thank you, Michael, for sharing your gift.

"Report a problem" offered no place to report the problem, so I turn to "Write a review" in the hope I will receive a human response.
I did not want to buy the whole album. I listened to a bit of each Canon to determine which single I wanted, at 99 cents. Instead I am charged for the whole album which is mostly corruptions of a simple, lovely piece of music.
Problem:
I want to return the album, be credited with $9.99, and receive a human response to my request.

my friend Aline played this on the piano for our Talent Show and i wanted to cry it was perfect. and this should not be in rock form because its supposed to be beautiful. and theres one other song i really love and its a classical peice but im not sure what its called?

I think that these interpetations are great. I have listened to this album twenty times now and I still love it. I think that it sounds like MIchael Silverman playing piano on some of the tracks, maybe all of them. I have a lot of his stuff and you can tell his style. Very cool!!!

pachelbel's canon in D is my favorite song ever on the piano! i taught myself to play it after i had heard it. i have a friend who knows how to play the violin well, so we do like a duo. im 13, so u would think i wouldn't like this kinda stuff, but it is a really amazing song. a great buy.

I think that the album is really beast! I hope there is more of it soon. I wish they could have the piece Pachelbel's Canon in D Major played by a solo cellist and solo violinist. But yeah I play the Cello and my friend plays the Violin. Yeah....but it rocks!!!
