I think Vanessa did a great job in this movie and in the scenes in the dance where you can see her emotions and feel the music in her dance, you cannot help but to watch more and more to get the full plot of the movie. Very good! i would def recommend both album and movie if you can.

The song from the movie that is missing here ... that we refer to as "Ave Maria Morena" ... is titled " Lindo Yambu" by Cachao. Took a bit of searching to find it. But add that song to your playlist and the album is complete.
This album wasn't missing one of the great songs from the movie.

I, so love this soundtrack. I actually bought it on CD and wore it out. When I put the CD onto Itunes, the only song that would actually play was Jazz Machine. Anyway, I was thrilled to see the album available.
Just look up the artist and you don't have to buy the whole album!!
