I remember being tortured by this album in the early ‘80’s. It’s bland dull and weak like a bad cup of coffee. The Michael Bolton of Rock.

I got two cassettes for my 18th birthday in 1981, Hi Infidelity and Paradise Theater. Both albums have stood the test of time and I am sure I will still listen to them when I am 81....
  • Excellent LP

The best songs on this album are "Tough Guys" "Don't Let Him Go" and "In Your Letter" and none of the songs were even close to being bad. This whole album is a must buy!
  • It's only Pop but I LIKE it!

Critics love to trash REO...and maybe some of their albums deserve it...but Hi in Fidelity is their best and it is a great album. Ignore any critics and look at the consumers...they love it. I promise you if you love to rock and pop at the same time you will love this album.
