Unlike “FordTruckMan150” I’m not going to rule out these girls for a political statement they made over ten years ago. They’re talented, and genuine. Excellent singers.

Still my favorite ep. since it came out. I love all kinds of music but always come back to this one. Genius. My 11 yo has grown up with it and loves it too.

Wow! I have known this song since I was little. I remember listening to it a bunch of times with my mom and dad one summer day when we were going to a swimming pool or something like that. Then, many years later, me and my sister would get up early and go to my grandma's house and she would fix us breakfast (butter on toast and scrambled eggs XD 😋yum!) I listened to other of the Dixie Chicks CDs In my dad's small but soft car.

Theres a reason why their career tanked.

Regardless of what side of the political fence you're on, you have to admit that the Dixie Chicks played REAL country. We need more country albums like this. And I sure would pay for it too. Come back Dixie Chicks.

The Dixie Chicks "Home" was the first "new" country music disc I ever purchased. I only bought it because of the political backlash they received from the county music community. I can easily say this album will always be in my top 25 all-time favorite recording. If I had to pick two songs, well, they'd have to be Truth No. 2 and Top Of The World. A masterful work by three incredible musicians. Cheers
