This album is by far my favorite of the Indigo Girls. They seem to harmonize better at this point of their career than most of the other albums. This album is one of that got me through a major change in my life and still inspires me to the truth of things. The 'Girls' deliver their music from their hearts and this album is proof!!

To call this collection "pop" is a disservice, as that category is usually associated with throwaway, "bubblegum" songs. (Think Partridge Family, if you dare.) Also, this "album" is more of an EP single for the song "1 2 3," with the "bonus tracks" being live performances of already-existing IG tunes. (Can you tell that I got my quotation mark key fixed recently?) These don't sound that much different from their studio equivalents, oddly enough. However, the standout track here is their cover of Dylan's "All Along the Watchtower," which is now my second favorite version of the song after Hendrix's. For completists, but also a good - not great - "hits" collection up to this point in their career.
