Hit hater your on you own in this one ....I'm in my mid 40's and I remember when this album first came on but only listen to the mainstream hits. Recently came back to this album and it is a home run, spend the $9 it's worth it

Buy the first two albums and download Shakin' and Think I'm in Love and that's all the Eddie Money you need. As usual, most artist in this period made their first two or three albums and then record companies started telling them what to do and you get a one crappy album after another then they fade into oblivion. Hence the name "No Control" Examples: Journey, Foreigner, Eddie Money, Boston, etc.

This album is as solid as a rock! It all came together for The Money Man. Great vocals, great lyrics, great keyboards, and a guitarist that knocked it out of the freakin' park! Too Much To List, but I'll do it anyway, because this album deserves it. "Shakin" speaks for itself. "No Control" and "Keep My Motor Runnin" are top-notch rockers - and I mean top freakin' notch. "Think I'm In Love", "Take a Little Bit", and "Drivin' Me Crazy" take a back seat to nothing. And, to knock you back down if you keep gettin' up - "Hard Life" and "My Friends, My Friends" are everything you'd ever want from your favorite rock 'n' roll star. Forget about it, and just buy this bad boy. You won't regret it. This album ROCKS! Thanks Eddie!!!
