  • Very good!

Love this band and yes, they have changed over the years, but their music is still so good!! Honestly, when you see them live their original style shines more than it does on the album! Solid music and will continue listening!
  • A Culmination of Their Various Styles

I have bought every album since their first and can say they have definitely changed over the years and tried on different styles, which is one of the things I love most about the band. I do believe this album is a blur of their original Motown style, alternative, and pop styles. There is not a bad song on this album. It’s feel good, it’s hopeful, it’s what the world needs now. I would be remiss if I did not mention that Good Nights is such a nostalgic, anthemic song. This album gives all the feels and is so infectious. If you want to feel good, give it a listen.

Listen if you want the old albums go listen to them, most people love to see bands evolve and not stay pigeonholed in styles of music to appeal to fleeting fan bases. Move up with stick to the classics to each is on. This album spans from their old to new sound pretty well, Stepping On Me, Good Intentions, Silver platter all touch on Pickin Up the Pieces LP, Where songs like Big Love, Ahhh, Heaven move into More Than Just a Dream. Maybe try listening to the full album in entirety vs nitpicking. Relax.

It's a change, however, for the better. Dealing with all the crap the past few years, we need some upbeat music. It makes me feel good and happy.

Their first EP and first full LP were magnificent everything else they’ve done has been downhill from there. And now we end up with the most worthless pile of crap they’ve ever put out. Sad. Just sad.

As others have stated - great band with cool sound reduced to dime a dozen pop sound that is hard to listen too. Please go back to your original sound!!!

How many times do we have to witness a band coming out of nowhere with a fresh hot sound, then teaming up with producers and record execs aspiring to a mainstream sound with a big mainstream payoff? FATT had a great sound a decade ago, based on its own love of classic soul and R&B, but those days are long gone. They now emit a noise indistinguishable from countless other forgettable cookie-cutter pop-trash bands. And it is unlistenable.
