To say the least this is the complete opposite of her album “Blanca” ….I’m going to pray for Blanca as it seems like she’s going through . The most depressing song award goes to “In the Middle”… the instrumental and words seemed like they were forced . Vocal seems off key… the song was painful to listen to . At first I couldn’t find the words to express the madness . Honestly it’s not that simple to criticize this song as it’s her expressing herself , but I’m right in the middle between listening and trying to make sense of all the songs on this album . Definitely praying that she finds peace for her next album . This is just my opinion and I’m entitled to it . Take the feedback or leave it , it’s that simple . If I’m being honest , I didn’t think I would stay and listen to all the songs on this album after “ in the middle “ , but I tried to see the best in the music . Even at her worst , I still enjoyed her album “ Blanca “ … so I know she will pull it back together .
