I’m on my 6th play through and I’m really enjoying this album. The beats are kind of jazzy and laid back. Curren$y’s flows and lyrics fit them perfectly. In normal fashion, there’s a bit of flossing, but there’s a good balance of thoughtful gems in there too. He’s not chasing a hit record. He’s just making consistently good music to vibe to and it shows throughout the whole project. I can tell that I’m gonna be bumping this album well into the summertime and I don’t think that I can say that about any other artist at the moment.
