Johnnie Wilder, Jr. started Heatwave while stationed at an Army base in Germany. These songs are so well done, and definitely are great to listen to over and over again. We don't have talent like this today. As most of you may know, Johnnie was severely injured by a van who ran a stop sign, and he went on to sing beautiful songs about his faith in God from a wheelchair. God bless Johnnie and Heatwave, his story and his singing will go on forever.

This purchase was supposed to be a ringtone but somehow Apple purposely makes the songs and ringtones appear the same when trying to purchase. Now I have to purchase it again just to get the ringtone. The song is a five stars. Apple gets a one star, so the Average is 3😕

Anyone who says disco isn't real music needs to listen to groove line with some quality headphones .
I lost count of all the various tracts . Melody harmony backgrounds .
It's an amazingly complex song with many different layers complementing each other.
This was done in a day before complex computer manipulation.
.... Try listening and counting the tracts there are at least 7 or 8
Sums up disco in o e song. Dancing , nightlife , partying ......

I remember doing a dance routine to The Grove Line in 1978 ( I think ) Everybody loved it and jumped up and cheered. I wish I could go back just for a few days and relive some old memories. Super great funk band especially in my day!!
