Soulfly is my favorite band after Max left Sepultura. I have really put Cavalera Conspiracy ahead of of anyhting else, but this band has some really unique chemistry Max hasn't had since Alex Newport. Greg Puciato had a great direction with this project & I love all of kbk's music.

Let’s forget the part about these guys being a “Supergroup.” Killer Be Killed is flat out of the best bands, supergroup or not, that you’ll hear in heavy music. Their debut was great, but Reluctant Hero is miles beyond it. From start to finish, this is one of the best records, not only from 2020, but possibly ever. Greg Puciato belongs in heavy music. His voice sounds better than ever. Troy and Max are stellar as always. Each singer adds their own flair and it works insanely well. If you like heavy music at all and you don’t at least listen to this record, idk what to tell you. This might be THE heavy record of the year so get on it!

Just like their first album this one is true to form. The combination of speed, heaviness and melody is unmatched . Killer be killed is better than the guys other bands. I hope they keep making music!

Blown away! Heard the weekend special on Liquid Metal and really enjoyed hearing the back story on the production of this masterpiece. I had planned to buy the album, but when I heard the track Reluctant Hero-it floored me. It is that rare masterpiece of a song that has you reaching for your guitar to instantly start learning the song. Caps off a box of dynamite album with a haunting ballad-sure to be a classic!
