Some of these guys have been playing together since the band started in 1977. Though years have passed, it feels like the music is just starting. This record is fresh, filled with authentic Louisiana blues, a full range of vocals from lead singer Jeff McCarty, and searing guitar playing from original member Tony Haselden and long time mate Jim Odom! Their dueling riffs can’t be matched by many. “Life Line” written by original & current member Rod Roddy has gotten an updated bayou feel. “New Orleans Ladies” is there too for the ever lasting fan...but updated with a few twists. The new songs are striking as Odom and Haselden wrote from their heart and soul. Everything you want in a good blues album is here. All you have to do is buy it and play it, and if you had the blues, you won’t after you give this hit record a spin!
