Compromised Maturity

I had the good fortune to stumble upon a Jon Huck show at the Irvine Improv a couple years back and have kept an eye on him since. This album is wall to wall funny taking situations that are relatable and showcasing the humor in the absurdities that are imbedded in them. I dislike comparisons but I couldn't help but think of the similarities (while being totally unique) to the great Mitch Hedberg. I've been catching him on the Hollywood Anonymous podcast lately and hope that I can catch a live set when the world opens back up after the COVID19 lockdown. Funny man.

Jon Huck is a great storyteller. "Danny vs. Donny" and "Marriage is Compromise" were my personal favorites, but his everyman charm is fresh and funny throughout. Love the cover art.

Let's get to the point. Mr. Huck delivers Comedy with a hint of mind tasting. There will be no drag of punch lines here. Go ahead and test your laughing skills. Do yourself a favor. Buy it!

Jon is one of my favorite comics! This new special is hilarious. I've seen him perform in LA and he always kills. If you get a chance to see him live say HI after the show. He's just as funny in person. If you're horny for comedy you have to hear this album!!
