  • Art. Real Art.

Songs that explore the deep undercurrents that haunt us at night. From the somber worries of death and temporary existence, to the importance of being aware of every moment and its importance— in the now— this album’s lyrics portray a man who has been broken and is striving to find meaning again. These are the types of songs that help one transcend our material worries and remember what is truly important: that we will one day perish, so we must hold on to purposeful, outward existence.
  • Perfect soundtrack for “an elaborate hoax”

This whole album walloped me—in the best way, as music should. As a longtime Clem Snide fan and an even longer-time human walking this mossy orb, I’m so thankful these songs are now part of my soundtrack to the “elaborate hoax”.
  • A beautiful portrayal of connectedness

What a beautiful collaboration of songs that portray the beautiful relationship between life and death. Clem crafts again another excellent rendition of the gorgeous mystery of life, balancing the big picture with little details. I love the harmonies with Scott Avett and it is beautifully done.

First off that baby is not even cute at all. Pretty ugly baby unfortunately, or got a terrible, horrible picture of it @ the wrong time & nope for the songs. Try again.

listen close. listen again. fall in love. let your heart break. listen again, and let your heart reconstruct. This is Eef at his best.
