Imperfect Circle

For those saying this is a Darius solo album with the Blowfish as his backup band, haven’t listened to a Darius solo record. Not even close. This is vintage Hootie with an updated sound! Hold On could have been on Cracked Rear View and they have been playing Rollin in concert for years. I love the cover of REM too. Darius’ new sound is in country and I hope he goes back to it because Hootie’s days are the 90’s but I also hope they revisit the band every 5 years or so.

It’s all country and Darius slapped Hootie and the Blowfish’s name on it. I guess money talks for the band to sign up for this one...

My favorite album yet from Hootie!

This is a phenomenal album from them. Use to listen to Hootie in the my youth and transitioned to Darius solo of course. This was a long time coming and much appreciated! Make another.

Darrius is better with Hootie and The Blowfish. I wouldn’t classify this as country more pop rock. Excellent can’t stop listening to it.

The album is great!! The guys are having fun with the songs 😜🤘🏻 My favorite songs are Turn It Up, Hold On, Wildfire Love, Not Tonight, Lonely On A Saturday Night, Rollin’, and Half A Day Ahead😏 It is just great to have new music from one of my all time favorite bands!!

Always been a Hootie and Blowfish fan since day one was lucky enough to see them in 96 or 97 in outdoor concert venue in south Austin was truly amazing glad they making new music with great meaning this country needs to hold on to each other!!!!

I actually think its a solid effort even if its not exactly like old Hootie.

Welcome back Hootie and the Blowfish. Love the new album and cannot wait for the next one.
