The Good & the Bad

Anthony shows he is much more than John Laurens in this album! Each song has a different beat, and each one of them are bangers!! Congrats dude.

To be honest, I didn’t become a fan of Hamilton until recently (i.e. a couple months ago), and I absolutely fell in love with it and the cast...so, that’s what made me decide to immerse myself in their personal musical projects, like Jasmine Cephas-Jones’ (Blue Bird, I really recommend it as well!) and Anthony’s. I’m so glad I did. For me, the standout song is Come Back Home, the last song on the album. It is literally one of the most beautiful songs I have ever heard. I’m not even kidding. It perfectly encapsulates how it feels to be searching for “paradise” when you learn it may have been there all along. Very nostalgic. And as a senior in high school, it reminds me of what I have to say goodbye to sometime soon. Overall, the album is cohesive, and there’s a little bit of everything. You get your songs to dance to (Auntie’s Basement, Relationship, Little Lies) to cry to (Come Back Home)...It’s a great debut album, and I will definitely be waiting on his next musical pursuits. 10/10❤️

This album tells the story of a young man from Bushwick struggling to find his way, and then, through life's good and bad experiences and mentors in his corner, he finds his way to a formal education and the biggest hit on Broadway. The Good & the Bad is absolutely outstanding. I spans many genres as he weaves his life's story, but one thing is sure - This release is ALL of the GOOD and none of the bad. Bravo and keep 'em coming.

Would’ve never guessed this young man could sing too. He was exemplary in the original cast of Hamilton but the emcee in me saw in his presence and movements while rhyming a “true emcee”. I assumed he was cast because of his prowess as a mic controller from the northeast. Stumbled across his music video for the song Relationship on this album and saw he is equally as viable as a top 40 singer. (Plus, you know, that whole broadway thing and starring in Lin-Manuel Miranda’s new movie “In The Heights”.) This man is worth your time regardless of the manner of his efforts. This is a solid album from an amazing “artist”.

i basically only listen to anthony ramos, his music is amazing and he’s a great role model. i love how his music is actually based of real things and how he always inspires me everyday. def listen to it

This album is everything I could have hoped to hear produced from an artist. Every single song is relatable whether it be a deep, emotional connection or a fun, upbeat vibe. Anthony Ramos is an outstanding artist and his music showcases that. This album is my all time favorite, thank you Anthony for your music.
