All I hear is Pro Tools. Good melodies. It's just too slick, same as almost everything these days.
  • I like it. Hope the band keeps making music.

Had four really good songs on this album. The lyrics to the song are great. Even if the song didn’t fit my mood .

I slept on this album and I’m glad I did because when I went back and listened to it I needed it. The Goo Goo Dolls have always understood that life is tough sometimes and this album has those roots but it’s so joyful and celebrating that it’s also beautiful and still worth living. My favorite songs are Step in Line, Lights, and Autumn Leaves. It gets brighter and better.

Meh. Love the band but the drive is missing. Need to get Mike back in the band.

Over produced techno poopie. I love the old school goo. theyre one of my favorite bands, but this just blends in to the awful stuff on the radio these days.
  • Amazing...every song

I disagree with every negative review. If you miss Better Days and Slide, this album is for you.
  • Best song I’ve ever heard!!

The songs are great. They really are. I'm not disputing that one bit. I guess the best way to describe what I'm feeling is that I would simply love to hear the 90s version of Goo Goo Dolls cover these songs.
  • Is The Goo Gone?

I'm a diehard GGD fan, and I am bummed that they are putting out "leftovers" rather than "gourmet meals". This album is mediocre, and not what I am used to from Johnnie & Rob going back years ago. When the majority of the songs on an album all sound the same, you know you have wasted your money...that's what this album gave me.

Is this album dedicated to the backstreet boys? Ok….I just played my favorite album,Dizzy up the girl, and I’m feeling better.I appreciate the goo’s experimenting with a different sound but throw a hard rocker in once in a while.
