Arresting and a Stand Still…

I never thought that I would enjoy really wracking my brain to grasp and fully understand the story behind an album the way this album has made me realize. I can’t believe she doesn’t get the recognition that she deserves for being such a creative genius…She’s way beyond this time period in music but I hope she does eventually get the accolades and the mad props that she deserves for opening the scars and wounds in order to allow so many others a chance to heal with her. It must at times be agonizingly painful and yet cathartic! Thank you Lingua for showing us that much like life, not every story has a happy ending but it’s the path that we walk that makes where we end up worth it!!!

This album is so underrated. It’s extremely dark, yet so beautiful. Each song was put together really well.

Best album of 2019 for me. Live shows were just as much of an experience as the album.
Her pain, my pain

This isn’t an album for everyone but yet is. The harrowing lyrics and sound design felt as almost a mirror imagine to my feelings regarding trauma. This is both therapy and revenge in one medium and I’m loving all of it.

Stop making sounds with that hole in your face. I hope Caligula greets you in hell.

Feels as if my ex-wife could have made this. Miss her. Cray cray good in the hay hay.

An album with pretty gut wrenching lyrics, dark.
Beautiful and experimental vocals. Really fascinating and disturbing listen. A very “real” sort of unease and beauty to it. Unapproachable but captivating.
