As someone who has struggled through anxiety personally, this song means a lot to me. It’s so hard to put things like this into words. This is so cool the way Julia wrote this song, the wording it perfect and explains anxiety really well. Selena Gomez is a really great singer, and is perfect for this song. Both of their voices contrast so perfectly. This song actually helped me go through and understand a really tough time in my life. I was feeling lost, and confused about myself and my feelings, I heard this song and thought “Yeah, this is what it feels like. This is what I’m feeling.” This song feels very personal to me and I appreciate it very much.

This is the best piece of music. I absolutely love this EP. I have jamming it all year. I was so excited for the release of part 2, I had no idea it was coming!

I am a huge Julia fan but not a big fan of this EP. She's a brilliant songwriter but i'm not connecting with this at all. Maybe I'll give it another chance.
