I love this man. As a musician - the melody..omg. As an explorer..he’s always trying something new - even, especially - at his age. I love his zest for life and his way of journaling his history through song. He is one of a kind. 💜

When I was younger I could listen to a song once and immediately know how I felt about it-good or bad. As I get one foot in the grave I find that it takes longer, and repeated listens for me to decide. So I waited for awhile before passing judgement on "Get Enough". Each time I listen to it I like it better, and I find myself singing parts of it in my head during the day. I don't listen to enough of "the kids" music nowadays to have heard much that has the auto-tune feature to it, so to me it is sort of a novelty and not something I'm tired of. Does Paul have a right to use this if he feels like it-absolutely, it's his music and he can do what he wants with it. I don't believe using this is some sort of terrible sin, or him selling out in any way, it's just a musical trick meant to bring something different to the song. That being said I enjoy it for the music and the lyrics and the way that it has seperate sections (as so many of his songs do) within the song. Maybe one of the best thing I like about it is that it says all it needs to say in under three minutes. So many songs nowadays seem to go on too long and repeat themselves, when all the classic hits I grew up with were under three minutes. Keep up the great work Paul, and keep playing it the way you want to, not the way others say you should. We all have those LP's of yours that we didn't care for to much at first and now years later are just realizing how good they really were.
  • It's An Experiment

McCartney has EARNED the right to experiment once in a while. To all you haters out there, if this track were done by some hipster Millennial, it would be hailed as the greatest thing since sliced bread! Cut me a physical break! McCartney has forgotten more than all of you combined will ever know about music.

This Has to be the all time winner of WORST song in his entire catalog. This review is not entirely accurate as I don't want to give it even 1 star. I would just like to add that I'm a lifelong fan and own everything (except this).

Pathetic, Paul. Yes, even you can make awful music. Even Yoko’s music isn’t this bad.

...when dozens of no-talent, so-called “artists” have used Auto-Tune to the point where it should be considered a felony. Paul, you’re SO much better than this drivel.

Paul, please stop turning this rubbish out. You don't need the money.
  • Loved Egypt Station, but not this

Between the Auto-Tune and the general production, this song fails miserably. And it’s not many McCartney songs which do. Sorry, Paul. But even Homer nods occasionally.
  • Fresh Ideas

I like how Paul has kept his music sounding fresh with Egypt Station and now this single. He could very easily live off past glories. But instead he keeps trying new ideas.
