I can not put into words how much I love this album and My Chemical Romance itself, Gerard ways overpowered vocals mixed with Frank iero and Ray toro , along with bass player Mikey ways most beautiful guitar riffs I could ever hear , is pure perfection to my ears. The meaningful lyrics are heartbreaking yet so powerful . Every single album is special to me but this one holds a very special place in my heart and soul. I 100% recommend this hardcore album.

...and I'm willing to die on that hill. It's a fantastic concept album (albeit with a sort of loose concept), and isn't overproduced. It's a little rough, but in the best way - like it was recorded in a garage (...like, a nice garage with good acoustics).
