This show is not bad. It is not as good as the books. It is kind of goofy. If you want to really enjoy the Babysitters, you should read the books. Not saying the show is bad, just saying that it could have been better and there is a reason the show only went for one season.

I typed Baby Sitters Club into the iTunes search engine on a whim, truly not expecting anything other than maybe the 1995 movie, but when I saw all these episodes for only $14.99, you can bet I forked over my money within seconds. I'm almost 30 years old, but wow--what wonderful memories! My sisters and I loved these books and used to check out the videos all the time at the library. We watched Stacey's Big Break, The Boysitters, and Dawn's Dream Boy over and over, but I remember the majority of these episodes and am so glad I don't have to rely on fuzzy YouTube videos to re-live the memories. Yes, the acting is pretty laughable, and the dialogue is cheesy, but I always loved the cast here, especially Kristy. Maybe it's just because I was so young when I used to watch these, but those 7 girls played the parts exactly the way I envisioned them in my head (something that the 1995 film version failed at miserably). Thank you, iTunes, for adding this for all those 90's kids who love remembering those favorite TV shows from their past! Today's programming for kids just doesn't even come close.
