Description

The hilarity continues this season when Stan becomes a street racer to impress Francine and tries to put the spice back into their marriage. The Smiths breathe a sigh of relief when Steve heads off to camp — until they realize it's a refugee camp.     I actually find American Dad much funnier than Family Guy! The humor in American Dad is a little more intelligent. Even though there are the standard poor-tasted potty jokes (which are funny) there are less of them than in Familiy Guy and the show doesn't solely rely on them. There are no flashback "like the time when I...." moments, but this also means that there are no 15 minute chicken fights. The political satire is rich, and MacFarlane is able to take jabs at the Republican party, as well as the CIA. But it is not purely political and even people who don't know what the CIA is will enjoy the show. Worth checking out!

    I have a message to all American Dad haters. ARE YOU MAD? This is one of my favorite shows and always makes me laugh. Like Dungeons and Wagons was a hysterical episode. American Dad is much better than family guy and deserves more credit. For family guy, seth macfarlane just says random stuff that just happen to pop into his head. It's like he doesn't even try. But American Dad is well written and very funny. Buy this season and you wont be disapointed.

    I find American Dad to be an excellent show, as it pokes fun at our American world, our biases, our fears, our hopes, and our dreams. To me, it proves to be a satire of life in whole, not a particular family. Other characters represent how we are in life, and make us realize how idiotic we are. In short, American Dad is something the common American can enjoy, as a knock-you-on-the-head-wakeup-call show, proving we all are human.
