Van Helsing, Season 4

Season Four of Van Helsing is definitely one of the best! Jonathan Lloyd Walker is the show’s new showrunner and he is doing an amazing job this season! Expertly weaving the twists and turns of each episode into solid and compelling storytelling. Kelly Overton and Jonathan Scarfe continue to do amazing work as Vanessa Van Helsing and Axel. This season also introduces several new characters who are exceptional in their roles. Max (Richard Harmon), Violet (Keeya King) and Jack (Nicole Muñoz) are the three characters of particular note. Each plays their character, flaws and all, to perfection. I think the one thing I really enjoyed this season is that some of the original characters like Doc (Rukiya Bernard), Flesh (Vincent Gale), Julius (Aleks Paunovic) and Jolene (Caroline Cave) are given much more story time and a real opportunity to shine in their roles. Also of particular note is that the Van Helsing cast and crew won five Leo Awards in 2019! Van Helsing is SYFY’s best show, Season Four is excellent and definitely worth your time!

I love this show. One of my fav current Syfy shows and possibly one of the best ever. The S4 premiere episode didn’t disappoint. I’ll have a full review when it finishes but def buy it because it’s looking to be the best season yet. Start watching from the beginning if you’ve never seen it. Incredible acting, action, cinematography and story.
