I admit at first I had no interest in watching it, but I gave the first episode a try and fell in love with the show and characters. It became the highlight of my week. I am afraid it may not get renewed, but am thankful for what I got to see. I will always remember these characters.
  • I like the premise, but really it's more of a soapbox then a tv show

It's a legal procedural set in Memphis, but with a deeply progressive agenda. But that's fine, these things need to be addressed. I just feel like the writing has tried to make the legal process exciting when a more realistic take would be slow, drawn out, and boring.

They need better legal advisors on the show. Litigation does not happen like this. Maybe they ought to slow down and get it right-take a season to flesh out the cases and not try to wrap up complex legal issues with one irrelevant, pretty phrase at the end. I won't be watching.
