Great Tv Show, I am born again believer of Christ. I think this Tv Series is good for all Christians alike to see what it was like in those days through the eyes of Historians so people can see the Setting and Place of the events. Wished the actors were a little more real, they To me a little fake. Can’t wait to see the next one. Love to know when the next one plays? Thank you History Channel

Waaaaay to many chefs in the kitchen. Irresponsible at best! Jesus had no siblings. The Hebrews had no word for “cousin.” “Brother” was commonly used as what we call “friend,” “buddy,” or “bro.” The History Channel’s interpretation took liberties by creating scenes NOT in scripture, Jesus whispering ALL THE TIME, portraying Mary as skeptical of who her son IS until near the end of his life? There are plenty of other portrayals of the New Testament on screen that will only prove my point. This is just garbage.

I wasn’t sure what to expect because of what I perceive to be as some real bias towards any Documentaries concerning Christianity in general coming from the history channel. I was truly pleasantly surprised that I not only enjoyed this documentary, but I like that in several places it gives the different views by Catholics and Protestants, (I.e. Mary being a virgin her entire life despite the Bible explicitly saying Jesus having brothers and sisters)... Though I didn’t agree with all the commentators, I really don’t think anyone agrees with everyone, and most things are minor points. The fact that this documentary explains that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, was good enough for me. It was interesting to hear Jesus’s story from other people in his life, and what could have possibly been going through their minds was a really interesting way to do another documentary, and I also learned some new things about the culture that that time. This was definitely worth watching and in really enjoyed it!

It’s abomination to continue to depict this fake version of The Son of God.

~ Don't mind the haters. This was an outstanding mini series. Worth every penny and my spirit feels great. Hope they make more of these in the future. It covered the basics honestly, the actors are talented and the props/costumes/scenery are ace!

Though I was skeptical at first I now realize this is fiction about a zombie jesus. The movie makes more sense now.
