  • The Ramseys did it

There's a reason they've never caught some stranger or family friend for the murder of this little girl. The family was involved with the whole thing and I think they make a solid case for the mom and dad being involved in the cover up and Burke Ramsey being the guilty party. It just adds up in my opinion and it is silly to me how many people refuse to belive the family's guilt in the whole thing. I enjoyed this series very much and I think it presents the likely scenario for what happened to Jon Benet. We will likely never know the full truth because of the family's connections and wealth. I think the Ramseys trying to bring lawsuits against the show is all bluster and nothing will come from it.

This show looks like it was shot in 2002. Horrible camerawork and scripted “investigation.” They use no real evidence from the case and run around their little dollhouse like they are actually finding something new. This was supposed to be a longer series – from what I understand – and was cut down to a 2 night special. Even CBS realized it was garbage. Do not pass go, do not collect 200 dollars and do not buy this show!
  • Disgusting

I cannot believe I just wasted time and money on this drivel. There is no new information and the way the so called 'experts' skewed all the information they were being given to point straight at the family I found disgusting. When they bought in a young boy to hit the skull with the flashlight my stomach turned. This is just a disgusting piece of trash and don't even bother wasting your time or money on this crap.
  • They have finally said things no one dare to say

Let's face it, they dealt with facts rather than anything else. I really hope this is going to help the case to close after 20 years.
  • No interest in "following evidence"

These investigators are doing the opposite of “following the evidence,” and instead are very much cherry picking evidence that fits their obvious pre-conceived conclusion. I am sure they are intelligent, well meaning people, but just watching them comment on Burke Ramsey interview was just too much. My neighbor’s 9+ year old boy would have done and said exactly what Burke did in that interview with the psychiatrist - at that age boys are extremely imaginative and love to play act - esp play acting acts of violence. It’s totally normal - they all do it. For them to draw any other conclusion than that is a completely normal boy is unethical and very misleading - again with the cherry picking. Burke Ramsey even says “it could have been a knife, or a hammer.” He has no idea. I had to stop watching at that point when these so called experts misinterpreted everything the child was doing and I had to write this review. This show embarrassing for all involved. The only people who come out with some credibly are the 911 operator and the police investigator Steve Thomas. I think the ransom note and the physical evidence on the victim are the two key pieces of evidence that can solve this mystery. That is called “following the evidence.” Whether or not there was an intruder, or whether is was someone inside the family is still a mystery. But this documentary and all it’s experts and re-enactments has just muddied the waters, once again. That poor child deserves better than this.
  • Finally a JonBenet Ramsey series that tells the truth...

Finally a JonBenet Ramsey series that tells the truth... This series looks at every aspect of the case and comes to the only possible conclusion that there is.
  • Do not waste your time or money, it's just regurgitated mis-information blaming a 9 year-old

THere is absolutely NOTHING new. Just boing back to blaming 9 years old Burke. It's so unprofessional and boring repeated information that was mis=proen a decade or more ago. It's absoltely the worst show I've watched. I want my $6.99 back. All participant should shoulder the blame for this shameful sideshow. Burke Ramsey's Lawyer Says He'll Sue CBS Over 'Heinous' JonBenét Docuseries. I've three children. There is no way both kids woke up in the middle of the night after a long Christmas day of opening presents and playing to go to the kitchen and eat - they had to get up at 5:30AM the next morning to catch a flight for their vacation holiday. Then then Burke woke up enough from his drowsy state to become enraged by his sister with the same nocturnal craving, and hit her so hard the head he knocking her out, then had the strength to quietly drag her lifeless body down to the dark and scary basement, into a dark & scary corner, fashion a highly skilled slipknots and garrote 'sophisticated bondage devices designed to give control to the user' to tie around JonBenet's throat and strangle her (btw, it's not a skill they teach in boys scouts). Lastly, again with the snow? Did the investigators read or investigate anything? No. There was no snow in the back, south-side of the home which gets the sun, so the snow melts. The south side is also where the basement window was entered - there were no marks in the snow in the back because there was no snow. There was snow in the front of the home. Then, he sneaks back up to be and go to sleep? I can only assume you don't have children - Burke was 9 years old. I find such accusations sick and twisted. And they are not 'experts', they claim to be. Their mission is easy - money / fame.

I want to commend CBS for having the courage to call what is in my opinion an accidental turned criminal coverup and endless lies. These people put the puzzle together and came up with the only scenario that fits this mess of a situation. There was no viable DNA found on Jonbenet. They tested underwear right out of a package and came up with 50 DNA samples. They tested a flashlight theory as the murder weapon with astounding results. They should have kept this at 6 hours. This one and the Discovery ID one are both good as well as the Dateline one.
