Most of the people that rate this movie bad, are just impatient and need to stop and smell the roses. This movie isn’t supposed to be a non stop action flick. People are complaining that it’s too slow.... the NAME OF THE MOVIE IS literally ‘Slow’ West.

Awesome film, good characters, funny moments, excellent cinematography - 5/5 movie until that ending where it all falls flat. I won’t spoil anything but the ending kind of ruins the entire film in my opinion
  • Fassbender at his best

Well written, great acting on all fronts with no exception from Michael Fassbender, who is one of my favorites. The visual effects and cinematography is top notch if not breathtaking. The movie follows the Tarantino vibe a bit—which is great if you’re a fan, and I am—so don’t expect any shortage of violence or irony. I’ll leave it at that to keep from spoiling the movie. It is a bit slow paced as the title says, but not without substance. I love the Irish and Scottish wit along with this brutality of the old west. Unrequited love and optimistic desperation matched by Fassbender’s smart bitterness towards the world, all while he both protects and takes advantage of his young travel companion. Definitely worth a watch but not for he feint of heart.

The main character is not who you think it is, and finally you are glad of that. A much more subtle film than it appears. Impressive.

A different cowboy movie, and fun story line. Excellent cast and direction. Not your usual cowboy flick. Fast. Entertaining.
