Bill Hader and Kristin Wigg gave a stellar performance!
  • If you think it's just "sad and dull" you're missing the entire point

This movie was brilliant- it was so like like, traumatic and senseless and incredibly beautiful. There were a lot of things that were not settled in the movie by the time it was over... But the fact that it isn't wrapped up in a nice now is even more perfect. The truth is that the friendship and chemistry between Kristen and Bill is so real that the relationship comes across so easy and natural, it's really real and you feel it. If you start looking away from the relationship between them, sure there are a lot of unanswered questions- but so what?its perfect, it's beautiful and haunting. Watch it. Just do it

I was so disappointed with this film,i don't know why it is considered comedy, because it is not! I haven't laughed a bit. Kristen wiig is one of my favourite comedians of all time, i thought ill have a good laugh , especially that both of them are (or were) part of the cast from SNL , but this film is more dramatic and devastating than comedy and humour , even the storyline, it wasn't interesting AT ALL!!!! Such a disappointment

cute - yes touching - yes funny - No sorry not funny, just because the characters are cute and endearing and have great chemistry together - none of that really equals funny, their big laugh montage is a fart noise scene, that’s a big miss, - I was very disappointed.

Great movie because of the great actors in it. Had it been any one else cast in this movie, it just wouldn't have felt the same.
  • I want more!!

For me, a good movie is when reaching the end, I want to continue the story. And “The Skeleton Twins” certainly captivated me in this way. The twins, in just these few fleeting minutes, became a part of my life and my heart. And there they’ll stay.

I really liked this movie! I loved Luke Wilson's character! The only thing I didn't like was the ending. I just hated how Kristen Wiig did Luke Wilson wrong. I bought this movie for my I-Pad a while ago. I don't know why I waited so long to finally get around to watching it!! You won't go wrong buying this title!

Don't listen to all the posts here arguing whether it should be a comedy or a drama. That doesn’t matter. This is a great film with a very touching story, an adult coming of age. There is comedy as you can expect from two former SNL cast members. But it fits, as in sometimes it hurts so much that I might as well laugh (about it). Highly recommended.

this is not really a comedy. but it has many moments that will make you laugh. I really enjoyed this movie overall and would recommend it highly. it has true character and depth. you feel invested in the people in this story. I think the story is ultimately about forgiveness of our own self and the bond between a brother and sister. I really like Kristen and bill as actors. they can play dramatic roles as well as keeping their natural humor. it really makes them real and human as characters in the story.
  • Not a funny line in the whole movie

If you're thinking Bill Hader and Kristin Wig would be hilarious in a movie together you would be wrong. This is not only one of the worst movies I've ever seen, it's also one of the least funny. Do not waste your time or your money. This movie is a total bust.
