First off, I rented the HD version. Each and every section of the film (cuts from select movies) were all sub-HD. I bet the SD version is exactly the same. Second, this movie is made up of 10-15 minute snippets from other fly fishing movies. All of clips they chose were VERY mediocre. I just wanted to be entertained and wasn't expecting anything amazing, but I was very let down. The editing, the camera angles/shots, everything about this screamed amateur. I guess the trailers for the films on the F3 tour are far more entertaining than the actual movies. Check out the FF3 tour in person if it comes through your town (supports a good cause, drink a few beers with fellow fisherman) but I would pass on renting this. Use your saved money for tippet or flies. Seriously.
