When I first saw this horror movie by Academy award winner Guillermo del Toro it got me bad. I was scared and saddened because I realized the fairy tale is just a Fairy tale and the reality is beyond horrifying. Javier Navarrete, music composer has worked with Del Toro in many horror movies. Recently in ā€œAntlersā€ Also in ā€œThe Devilā€™s Backboneā€ which are movies you carry with you forever.

I used to watch this when I was a little kid and I loved it. Brought back memories. The only movie Iā€™ve been able to watch in Spanish and still like the movie (I only speak English).

This is misleading. The trailer is in English, but when I bought it the language was Spanish or French only. NO ENGLISH! Makes it extremely difficult to follow it you are a slow reader because of eyesight.
  • Creepy, Entertaining adult sleeper hit.

Pretty classic and entertaining and also very creepy!!!. All of the visuals are fantastic and gorgeous let's hope Del Toro makes movies like these because this movie is amazing.

The violent scenes are not for me. This movie did nothing for me but make me cringe through most of it. No thanks. It caused too much anxiety, fear and stress in my body. Really good horror movies don't have to be about Gore, vulgarity and violence. I say NO to nightmares and sleep paralysis.
