Description

Nick Gant (Chris Evans) is hiding out in Hong Kong, trying to avoid becoming another pawn in the psychic wars being waged by supernatural intelligence agencies like The Division. The Division, its Chinese counterpart and similar clandestine operations around the world, are recruiting the psychically gifted to wage international warfare on a whole new level. Nick has been low priority since he seemingly lost his telekinetic powers as a boy – after Division agents killed his father. Now he's back on their radar after a young clairvoyant girl, Cassie (Dakota Fanning), turns up on his doorstep, claiming to have a vision of their future. The trouble is, the future keeps changing. And if Division agent Henry Carver (Djimon Hounsou) and his men catch up to them, their future will come to an abrupt end.

There are similar movies and shows but I still wish they made a sequel to Push. Pull?... sigh never mind.

It was so weird seeing captain America: the first avenger BEFORE I saw him in this movie. Weird in a good way

I feel this Movie went under everyone's radar. It's a great film and the premise is entangling. It's set up so that it can turn out either way. It's actually one of my favorite movies of all time.

Very good, do not be deceived by the bad Rotten Tomatoes rating! This is actually a very fun movie and I know people have already said this but it is not a knockoff of Heroes. Dakota Fanning did a fabulous job as Cassie, and also it has the guy who played Captain America. I promise to only say this once: the superpowers in Push are just so awesome. Especially the Watchers. So anyway, I hope I was helpful and you must at least watch the trailer.
  • What a waste!

Djimon Hounsou has is right on point. No need to bother with this Flick. This movie doesn’t flow, its cut together badly. Without a solid build up, so it pretty quickly bores you out of your mind. Idea and concept isn’t new either. The Special effects/ tricks / powers the pople do not cover the lack of chemistry and believability of story and characters.
  • drags on and on….

If, by 25 minutes into a movie, I’m wondering when it will be over, then it’s two thumbs down. If I had seen this in a theater, I would have left, because the bizarrely screaming people who cause glass to break and internal organs to erupt are horrifying, and I didn’t think this was a horror movie.
  • Yet another X-Men Ripoff… but

Yes the X-men long predated things like Heroes and Push, but this movie did not deserve the poor reception Hollywood gave it. Generally better than most movies in the sub genre. I wish there were a sequel to follow up on the ending.
