    Three reasons to see this film: Howard Hawks, Cary Grant and Katharine Hepburn. Silly, fun and sweet. Great characters, fun plot, and it all plays out well.

    . . . Screwball comedies ever. I haven’t seen the movie for years and have forgotten how really funny Katherine Hepburn is in this movie. Cary Grant carries his weight cast against what we have come to know as his type. It is just fun to watch and watch again.

    Seriously, more people need to watch this. This is the basis of comedy. Katharine Hepburn is phenomenal and hilarious. She is so adorable. Who knew that someone who was classically trained could have such great comedic skills?

    Howard Hawks was, along with Michael Curtiz, one of the top Hollywood directors of the 30s and 40s. His Girl Friday and The Big Sleep may be more acclaimed films today, and they are great, no doubt. However, for sheer charm and lunacy, there is no other Hawks film that makes me laugh as hard as Bringing Up Baby. It is such a cleverly written comedy that we don't find in Hollywood anymore.

    A funny old movie with two great stars. It's really slapstick, physical comedy and sight gags, but if you like Kathryn Hepburn and Cary Grant, you will really enjoy this movie!
