Halloween

Rob wasn’t going to have a chance with this as far as reviews go. If he had basically remade the original he would have been blasted as well. I like that he took it in a different direction and gave you a reason for Michael being a killer. An origin story. I actually think this payed a nice homage to slasher films of the 80’s as well. Michael was huge and really scary in this. The kills were brutal as well. Honestly if I were to rank the halloweeen movies it would go like this with #1 being the best. 1. Halloween 1978 original 2. Halloween 2007 Rob Zombie 3. Halloween Kills 4. Halloween 2018 reboot 5. Halloween 2 With the overall worst in the franchise being Halloween Ends.

Rob Zombie definitely takes us on a different road on the story of Michael Myers bringing more details with a little dark humor. Even the mask and costume has more detailed characteristics bringing about Michael Myers in my opinion as he was meant to look.

I don’t understand how this is rated so low. This is by far and clear cut the best Halloween of them all. Truly explains his story and shows how brutal and crazy he is. I wish Rob Zombie would make Friday the 13th like he did this remake. True classic.

This one is actually better than the original films. More graphic and gory. The way it should be.

During Covid I decided to watch all the Halloween movies, they’re really bad. How ever I thought both rob zombies movies were the best of the Halloween movies. Compared with other movies I thin the script needed work. But they were best ones…
