If you like brooding guys for 2 hrs - this is your movie.

blatant ripoff of "The Road" which was astounding. It's like the writers just went, "let's make a story like The Road, but change it to where the father is protecting his daughter instead of his son." Really is that transparent and unoriginal

I saw this on Amazon Prime Video. I thought it was interesting 🧐.

I thought this was a terrific film, and timely given the current circumstances. I think criticism of Casey Affleck and this film is undeserved and the critics must not have actually watched this movie with such a positive message about women. Casey Affleck is human but he’s no Harvey Weinstein, the me too movement is great but you have to separate the fact that not all men are predators (aka watch the movie). Love this film and hope to see more from Casey in the future.

Nothing here that wasn't done 100x better in "The Road".

No zombies, no off-the-wall creatures that do not exist, just plain reality which makes it that more believable. The dialogue in this movie is brilliant, educated, and caters to reality. The acting was outstanding, and the plot was realistic. As for the negative reviews, I think the writers are more into zombie flicks that have no real purpose other than guts and gore. This movie has intelligent content, so not for those types of viewers. The bottom line, 10/10 stars is the perfect rating for this movie. Casey Affleck did a brilliant job all around. Cheers!

I bet the director thinks he made a great movie. Sorry to disappoint you. After 10 minutes I knew where this was going. Sooo boring! Thank God it was just a 99c rental.

I loved this film.

Do not listen to the bad reviews about this movie. If you are an intellectual with deep thoughts and have a worldly view of humanity you will absolutey love it. Casey Affleck never disappoints. The backdrop, the intensity and edge of your seat moments are amazing.
