I love movies where corrupt officials are finally acknowledged and the events which have played out in American history reveal the snakes behind America’s dark past which so many neglect or are ignorant of. The filming style is wonderful as well. The constant connection between the fishing is brilliant.
Definitely NOT a comedy.

First and foremost this is a movie!! It's not a documentary! A film intended to entertain(I personally found it entertianing!) and Hollywood has never been known for sticking straight to the facts - often citing creative liscense which is - in part - what helps make a film entertaining! This is also black comedy so keep that in mind as well when watching regardless of what side of the political spectrum you might lean towards and enjoy the tongue-in-cheek humor and performances!

I like Christian Bale but this movie is very boring. Moves much too slowly. They throw in weird stuff that makes no sense and does nothing to help the plot.
